- Build points of connection among groups and individuals
- See hidden patterns and unwritten norms that are impacting our ability to move forward
Kathy Jourdain and Jerry Nagel are pioneering Worldview Intelligence™, an approach to leadership development, conflict resolution and innovation that has been well received by business, community and government groups in Canada, the U.S., Europe and Australia.
Jerry received his PhD from Tilburg University in the Netherlands in 2015, and his research and dissertation form a strong foundation for the Worldview Intelligence work. Kathy and Jerry are both practitioners and stewards of the Art of Hosting Conversations that Matter and have been consulting and training together since 2011. They are currently co-writing a book on Worldview Intelligence.
Kathy's company, Shape Shift Strategies Inc, is based in Bedford, NS. Her memoir, Embracing the Stranger in Me: A Journey to Openheartedness, has been hailed as a deeply authentic sharing of the journey that has shaped who she is today. Kathy holds an MBA from St. Mary’s University in Halifax.
Jerry is President of the Meadowlark Institute, a Minnesota-based organization that develops individual and collective capacity to be flexible during times of rapid change, to be comfortable with uncertainty, to hold multiple points of view simultaneously, and to engage in meaningful conversations with those who hold different traditions, values and goals.
